House Rules

Check-In: 4pm.
Check-Out: 11am.
Self check-in with smart lock.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind.
Some pets allowed.
No parties or events.
You must be 25 or older to book our home.
Occupancy Limit: 7 – Having more than 7 people in or on the property may end your stay early without refund. Only the registered guests will have access to the property. All others will be considered trespassing.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
