The Blue Water Lake House was founded when three guys and their families made a visit to a little city called, Shelby, MI. After seeing what the city and the surrounding area had to offer, Kris, Brian, and Ray had one goal: They wanted to share the sandy beaches, the dunes, and of course, the Lake Michigan views with other families who would appreciate the scenery as much as their families did.

This is when the Blue Water Lake House was born.
